My approach

I work with sensitivity, compassion and clarity to create a safe environment in which issues can be explored, understood, action takes place and recovery begins. I de-mystify the therapeutic process in order to help you maximize your efforts to create the life you wish to have. I help you to discover the unique person you are, whether you are a professional, an artist, a parent, or a couple. Whether your challenge is situational, chronic, or acute, my goal is to help you learn how to create a more fulfilled life and enrich your relationships. I work deeply and pragmatically, so that you gain both insight, development, growth and practical knowledge.

I have worked with individuals, partners and couples in the field of addictions and compulsive behaviors for over twenty years. I am committed to my on-going professional development and education in order to expand my knowledge and application of the most current evidenced based treatments.

In addition, I work with entrepreneurs, executives, and creative professionals who in the face of multiple and competing demands, benefit from psychologically-informed consultation to help them maintain balance and develop internal capacities necessary to boost personal and professional growth.
